Kai Cenat’s new trailer announcing his upcoming streaming event, Mafiathon 2, features an appearance from Kim Kardashian as his therapist.
In the four-minute trailer that practically doubles as a short film, Cenat is living the big life of a senior member of a mafia-like organization. In what appears to be an homage to The SopranosCenat goes to his therapist to talk about what he’s going through. When he arrives, we see that his therapist is none other than Kim K.
As Kardashian questions him about what he’s done, Cenat happily reflects on the wild things he’s done recently — such as living in his own (fake) prison for a short period of time, starting a basketball league, and even causing a riot in New York City.
Kardashian prescribes for Cenat to have a “30-day streaming marathon” as part of his treatment. It’s then we learn that the 22-year-old plans on streaming 24 hours a day for 30 days straight — where he’ll eat, sleep, and shower with his camera on the entire time.
Cenat reflects on his first stream like this where he revealed that he had a K9 unit in his bedroom and a “ferris wheel in front of my got damn driveway.”

Cenat’s acting skills are on full display in the trailer for his new streaming event and, perhaps in the future, they could be used when he plays Kevin Hart in a future biopic about the comedian’s life.
Hart sat down for an interview with VIBE earlier this year in which he talked about who could play him well in a movie about his life. “I mean… when we get to that point, it’s definitely a great conversation,” said Hart. “I would say in a perfect world in the future because I got a feeling that they will be able to knock it out the park because of they way they’ll be…Kai Cenat. Cut the dreads and stuff off I think he can get in there and pull out a phenomenal performance.”
